We had an overall enjoyable experience at this hotel. The staff were genuinely caring and went out of their way to help us, making our stay much more pleasant. The food was top-notch with a fantastic variety. However, our room cleanliness left something to be desired, and the Wi-Fi was not very reliable. It was a good value for money considering the amenities offered, but some areas still need attention.
